1.            For New Users:

a.       If you are registering for the first time, then click on “Online Registration” under the Main Menu on the left hand side.

b.       Fill the form under the Registration Center

c.       Then click on “Submit Form” button.

d.       You will receive your Login ID & Password in the e-mail address given in the Online Registration.

e.       Retain your Login ID & Password for future use

2.            For Registered Users:

a.       If you are already registered with us please use your Login ID & Password in “Member Login” (assigned to you at the time of first registration)

b.       Then you can see “My Details”, “Work Categories” and “Tender Advertisements”

c.       Click on the Tender under Tender Advertisement if you are invited to download the documents.

d.       You can now see the “Download Documents” button at the bottom of the page.

e.       When you click the “Download Documents” button, you can see all the files under “Attachments”.

f.        We strongly recommend to save all attachments on your computer.

g.       Logout when you are done.

Note: Regarding Competitive tenders for which the tender documents are sold upon payment of specified amounts, contractors are required to pay the specified amounts either at our offices at Al-Khafji or Kuwait and send a copy of the receipt by fax or hand delivery to Contracts Dept., Al-Khafji (Fax No. +966 3 766 2934) and wait for KJO to allow access to download the tender documents
