Aramco Gulf Operations (AGOC) Honors Al-Khashti and Al-Adsani

 


On Sunday, June 12th, 2011, Aramco Gulf Operations organized a dinner party at Marina Hotel, Salmiyyah, Kuwait, to honor both of Engineer Bader N. Al-Khashti, the former Chairman and Managing Director of Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC), and Engineer Nizar M. Al-Adsani, the former Chairman of KJO Operating Committee and the Deputy Managing Director for the Joint Operations Affairs. The occasion was attended by Engineer Farouk Al-Zanki, CEO, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), Engineer Hashim M. El-Rifaai, Chairman and Managing Director, KGOC and Mr. Mohammad Abdulwahab, the Deputy Managing Director for the Administrative and Financial Affairs. From Saudi Aramco side, the occasion was attended by Engineer Amin Hassan Al-Nassir, Senior VP Exploration and Production, Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Judaimi, VP New Business Development, Engineer Mohammad A. Al-Shammari, and Dr. Ahmed Awad Al-Omer, CEO Saudi Chevron. Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) was represented in the occasion by the Operating Management Members; EDI Dr. Ali Al-Malhan, EDH Engineer Qasem Al-Mejadi, EDO Engineer Mohammad Al-Khatib, EDP Engineer Jamal Jaafar, EDB Engineer Abdurauf Allarakia and Qais Essa Fairooz, JOC Secretary.

The guests were warmly received by Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Wuhaib, Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Abdullah Al-Hilal, P&CEO together with Majdi Al-Qahtani, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Mr. Michael Weems.

Following the arrival of the guests and exchanging of friendly discussions, Engineer Al-Wuhaib invited them to the dinner banquet served on this occasion.

In an improvised speech, Engineer Al-Wuhaib stated: "Today we are honoring our sincere brothers who worked with us over the previous period. Their contribution crystalized the achievement of remarkable accomplishments which were only possible with their fruitful cooperation and dedication". Al-Wuhaib further added that the organization of the honoring ceremony was but a gesture of gratitude toward them. He finally wished the new management members every success and advancement in their new challenging assignment for the best interest of the two sister Countries. Commemorative pictures were then taken after presenting the honorees with souvenir gifts.
