Any contractor intending to do business with KJO for Contracts for Construction & Services is required to formally register with the Contracts Department in KJO. The highlights of our requirements for registration are as follows:

1.      Submittal of a Registration Form together with all of the required information as requested therein.

2.      Copy of valid Chamber of Commerce Registration either in Saudi Arabia or in Kuwait.

3.      A copy of valid GOSI and Zakat certificates. This is required only for Saudi contractors

The contractors can register with KJO by downloading the Application for Registration Form, filling up the required details and after attaching the required documents forward it to Manager, Contracts Department on the above address.

For those who are already registered with KJO they can review and update their details and categories or request for registration of additional categories of work by filling up the same Application for Registration Form.

For Contractors and Suppliers who are registered with KJO but did not do any business with KJO during the last five years or more should renew their registration by filling in the application form.

Apart from Registration we have a Classification Procedure for contractors wherein the contractors are classified for certain type of "Work Categories".  The classification requirements are set out in the Registration Form. The completed Registration Form and the attachments should be submitted to Contracts Department for contractors.
